1. How do BabySpa® products promote healthy skin?
Our formulations are developed to support the natural balance of your baby’s precious skin. Each ingredient is carefully selected to address specific sensitivities and conditions such as rashes, dryness, irritation, or redness. Our collection blends dozens of vitamins and minerals from natural sources to maintain your little one’s skin always hydrated, nourished, and healthy.
2. How are BabySpa® products tested?
All of our products are tested in laboratories to guarantee their complete safety. Every one of them is gentle, non-toxic, and non-irritating for total compatibility with delicate skin.
3. Are BabySpa® products and packaging BPA and phthalate free?
Yes, all of our plastic bottles and tubes are 100% free of BPA and phthalate. They are made from HDPE, a material that is both guaranteed safe and recyclable. HDPE will not leak any chemicals into our products because it does not contain any toxic substances.
4. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We do not conduct product or ingredient tests on animals.
5. Do your products contain animal-derived ingredients?
Yes, a few of our products contain beeswax and honey. We have chosen these ingredients because of their excellent moisturizing and antiseptic properties as well as their natural origin compared to other harsh and synthetic alternatives.
6. What product do you recommend I use on my baby’s face?
Our Soothing Face Cream is ideal for your baby’s delicate facial skin. It has been developed in two different formulations for each one of our stages: Stage One to moisturize and soothe skin in newborns through crawlers and Stage Two to hydrate and protect skin from environmental factors such as sun, cold, and heat in walkers through preschoolers.

1. I see that some of your ingredients are ECOCERT® certified. Can you please explain what this means?
ECOCERT® is the leading European authority on organic certification and was the very first certification body to develop standards for “natural and organic cosmetics.” Its guidelines are very strict, and it supervises the entire production – the creation of formulas, the manufacturing, filling and packaging process- before issuing a certification. The ECOCERT® seal guarantees that certified ingredients derive from renewable resources, manufactured by environmentally friendly processes. ECOCERT® certified ingredients such as our ethnobotanicals Songa™, Kizis™, Nyamplung Oil and Kendi Oil, are totally free of emulsifiers like PEG, mineral oil, viscosity controlling agents like carbomer, preservatives, and synthetic dyes.
2. Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes. We believe that baby care products should be as natural and as sustainable as possible and always select the best ingredients to deliver safe and nourishing skin care that does not harm the environment. You will find organic ingredients in every single one of our products, conveniently marked with an asterisk (*) for easy identification.
3. Is the glycerin in your products vegetable-based?
Yes, we use glycerin derived from coconut or palm oil. Vegetable glycerin is a very pure, non-irritating substance that has strong antibacterial and humectant properties.
4. I see that your Shea Butter Diaper Cream has 12% Zinc Oxide? Is this ingredient safe for my baby?
Yes, Zinc Oxide is safe, non-toxic, and of natural origin. It is widely used in diaper rash ointments and creams due to its excellent ability to act as a moisture barrier preventing humidity from causing frequent rash breakouts.

2. Can I order if I’m outside the United States?
We are sorry, but for now products purchased on Babyspausa.com can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States.
3. Can I cancel an order?
We are sorry, but once you submit an order it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return items for a replacement or refund.
4. What is your return policy?
We are sure you will love our products and guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase, but in the case that you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a replacement or refund. If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.
